IBEW Local 7 is committed to the advancement of the wages, benefits, and working conditions of all electrical workers in Western Massachusetts.
Our goals are to organize all contractors, electricians, and technicians into the IBEW who want to advance the interests of workers within the electrical industry. With a highly trained workforce, we are able to provide contractors with skilled workers when they need them. We are proud of the skills that our members bring to the jobsite day after day.
